The busy boxes are an excellent way to keep the children engaged for a long time. The activities can be added according to the interest and age of the child. Any cardboard box or monthly diaper box can be used to make an activity box for kids with different fine motor skills developing activities.

This activity box was prepared to be suitable for age of 16-18 months old, the details of the activities incorporated in the activity box are mentioned below:

2. Shape matching activity using foam cut-outs and velcros.
3. Shoelace pattern string, for tying and untying.
4. Identification of family members through photographs.
5. Feed the ball to animal.
6. Sensory touch: pasted a piece of crushed aluminium foil and corrugated cardboard sheet.
7. Fine motor skills: Pasted door latch and zips lying at home.
8. Transferring activity: pasted two plastic containers filled with pom-pom balls.
