Age Suitability

What is the age group of children that may use busy books?

Busy books/worksheets are available for children between 1.5 to 5 years. You can choose them as per your need:

  • First Learning Folder is suitable for 1-3 years old
  • Butterfly themed busy book and Seasons busy book are suitable for 3+ years old
  • We specify the age usefulness in each product

    Are busy books and worksheets available in digital form or physical form?
  • Digital Downloads: Yes, all products are available in digital form. You may choose to directly download the PDF files and assemble it yourself or you may choose to purchase the ready-to-use physical files from us
  • Physical Folders: If you choose physical form, we would ship the ready-to-use product to your requested address.

    Personalization and Customization

    How do I personalize my busy book?

    Please add the name of your kid (maximum 10 letters) in additional information section at checkout page when you place the order. In case of multiple orders you can add multiple name with a comma sign (,)

    Can I customize my busybook and choose chapters or sections?
    Yes, through our custom section page. You must be registered with us to use this section
  • All the sheets in our busy books are also available individually to pick and choose
  • Please add chosen worksheet to your cart to create your unique customised busy book

    What cautions do I need to take when using these books?

    All physical form books come with cut-outs that may be small in size. You must take following precautions with cut-outs:

  • All cutouts to be used under direct adult supervision only, to avoid choking hazard
  • All products to be kept away from heat/fire/liquids/dust for longetivity

    What are Testimonials?
  • Testimonials are the feedbacks given by our customers who have used our physical products
  • As a policy, only those customers who have used our products, are allowed to give/post feedback on our platforms

    • How can I register/share my feedback/testimonial?
  • You will need to login to your account and then submit feedback for the product that you have already purchased
  • Also, you can email us your child's photo/video while using the products. We would update and show that our our site and on our marketing materials
  • You cannot give feedback unless there is a purchase

    • Bulk Orders

    I want to buy your products in bulk to use in my organisation. How can I make a bulk order?
  • You can order any product as many times as you like. Just increase the number of copies in your card before the final payment.
  • Based on the number of copies, we would advise the time needed to ship them

    • Secure Payments

    Are my payments secured?
  • Our website is fully secured and access to the orders is only with the customer and the specific assigned LWA team members only
  • When you make the payment, you are diverted to the payments gateway site of a 3rd party. Such links are not in our control.
  • We highly recommend that you proceed for the payment only when the site shows secured https:// link and not just http://.
  • We used universally known payment gateways including:
    1. Razorpay (Debit/Credit cards of Visa/Mastercard/Rupay/Maetro accepted. Payments through wallets like Gpay, PhonePay, Airtel Money, Freecharge, Jio Money, Ola Money, PayZapp and Mobikwik are also accepted along with UPI and PayPal)
    2. PayPal (Major world currencies accepted including US Dollar, Euro, British Pound)
    3. Stripe (Debit or Credit Cards)

    Shipping/Delivery Policy

    DELIVERY MODE

    What mode of shipping is used to send the products?
  • By default we use Indian Postal Services for all shipments. It is among the most reliable and cost effective postal service available. All shipments can be tracked and we share the tracking details after shipping the product
  • You can also choose to ship through other shipping methods like DHL/Fedex. For this you must book the shipment through EasyShip
  • Free shipping across India only for all orders above Rs. 2200/-. Rs. 100/- is charged for orders having total value of less than Rs.2200/-
  • Cash on Delivery is also available for orders booked through ShipRocket with address within India only.

    • Do you insure the packages? Yes, Insurance is done when requested, on chargeable basis, for post office. When using ShipRocket/Easyship, you can choose the insurance option at the time of booking the shipment.

    How will I get the tracking ID?

    We would provide you the tracking ID once posted


    DELIVERY TIME

    How much time does it take to deliver?
    Within India, all orders reach within 3-5 working days of shipping

    Can I pick it locally?
    Yes, if you are based within Jaipur (Rajasthan-India); else we would post it.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. Please contct us for shipping charges for your location.

    When will I receive my international order?
    International orders usually take 3-5 days to ship and another 7-30 days to reach the destination.

    Licence/Commercial Use

    What are the terms of my licence of use
    • All our products, by default, are presented to you for personal use only as per the Terms of use and privacy policy; as stated in the "terms of use" section and the "privacy policy section of this website"
    • Copying, sharing, transferring, distributing, reselling and/or using the digital/printed file for profit is strictly not permitted without our written confirmation.

    COMMERCIAL USE

    I want to buy your products to use commercially. Can I whitelable your products?
  • As a policy we do not allow white labelling of our products
  • You can use our products as a mother/father of your children or a teacher in a class. However, you cannot re-produce them in any way without a writter confirmation or a formal commercial licence from us

    • Order Validity

    What is the validity period of my order?
    • You can use the digitally downloaded products for lifetime
    • All orders are valid and remain on the website for a period of upto 5 years
    • Digital Downloads can be downloaded upto 52 times from the website in the 5 years, subject to the terms of use
    • Physical Products are delivered to you and can be used for lifetime for your personal use, subject to the terms of use
