Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Products availability
  • Errors in the description or prices for Products
  • Errors in Your Order
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

    Your Order Cancellation Rights

    Any Products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

    Refund timeline and Policy

  • learnwithaanshi offers No refunds Digital Products.
  • learnwithaanshi offers the following guarantee for Physical Products.

    • If you purchase a physical product, and for some reason you decide that you would like to cancel he order and get a refund, you must request the cancellation/refund before the order is shipped or within 2 days (48 hours); whichever is earlier.
      • If you request a refund within 2 days from the date of purchase of a physical product and before it is shipped to your given address, LWA will give you a full (100%) refund of your purchase price to cancel the order.
      • Refunds are not applicale if the physical product has already been shipped/posted to you or picked by you or in case of Cash On Delivery orders and for orders where Digital Downloads are provided.
      • LWA team, as a process, normally takes 2-3 days to ship the physical products. However, based on the availability, the order may be shipped the same day.
      • If you do not request a refund before it is shipped to your given address or within the 48 hours from time of order, whichever happens earlier, you forfeit this option and will not be eligible for a refund.

    Post Order Service for Digital Products

    • Digital Download Products are received by you automatically by the system, almost immediately, as soon as the order is placed. It is therefore assumed to be completion of the order and closure of the service process.
    • All our products go through multi level stage quality testing and we have a 99.9999% surety on all our digital products.
    • If you still find any error/improvement/issue in the digital files provided, you must email to, within 48 hours of the order.
    • We would send you the product in an email with the possible reason for the issue (if any) and a replacement file within 72 hours of any such report.
    • LWA offers no refund for Digital Products but ensures that it's customers get the digital products completely as expected

    Post Order Service for Physical Products

    • All our physical products go through a multi-stage sigma level quality testing and we have a 99.9999% surety on all our physical products.
    • In any case, damage to the packaging box or the packaging part in which the product is sent, is not re-imbursed or replaced. However, the product itself, i.e., the files, laminations or the cut-outs that are in the box, are eligible for a replacement or claim.
    • In case if due to any reason, any defective piece is found, you may feel free to share the video of such a piece on WhatsApp 7777 98 1181 within 48 hours of receipt of the product to verify.
    • Any such issue must be verified within 48 hours of receipt of the physical product by You.

    Issue Resolution Process

    Digital Products:
  • In case of any issue we would resolve it by emailing you the corrected product in your email separately.

    Physical Products:
    For domestic customers, within India -
  • We would ship you a replacement within 72 hours of confirmation of any unresolvable issue.
  • Please contact us for further query immediately

  • For international customers, outside India -
  • We try our best to deliver the products safely and securely through best packaging to our customers and have had no issues so far with shipped products.
  • All products are sent through registered international post and the tracking ID is shared with the customer
  • We strongly recommend that the customers do opt of insurance during shipping to mitigate any damage/delays in the transition of the products
  • We do not have any control on the shipping process, therefore any claims from the insurance agency has to be directly dealt with by customer. Any such claims are out of the scope of learnwithaanshi service offer
