Rescuing of taped animals is easy to set up activity that keeps the kids engaged for a long time. It can be done with the 8-10 months old babies to a 2 year old toddler. The ease and complexity of the activity should be adjusted according to the child’s age.
This activity should be introduced using a single strip of easily removable medical tape to the animal figurines and gradually adding more layers of tape to various objects. It helps in fine motor skills development as the baby tries to remove the toys and the sticky tape.
