HOW TO USE THEM?

• Place the high contrast baby cards at a distance of 8 to 10 inches from the baby in his line-of-sight. Can be pasted on a wall near the baby and later can help in increasing tummy time.

• Show one card at a time to the baby and move the card in one direction (left to right or right to left). Check if the baby’s eyes follow the movement of the cards, this will help the baby to differentiate two different objects.

• Black and white flash cards can be used from birth (0 to 3 months) till the baby grows into a toddler. They are suitable for newborns, infants, and toddlers. They can be used in different ways, one card many activities!
